In addition to donations and sponsorships, we raise money through various retail efforts, from our micro-enterprises to Arc ECT merchandise. Our micro-enterprises employ people with IDD. These paid jobs help empower people with IDD to live independently and equally in our communities. All the proceeds from our sales are used to support people with IDD.

Our delicious Classic Crunch Chocolate Chip Cookies are crafted with pride and passion at The Cookie Factory in Woodstock, CT.
Made with all-natural ingredients—NO artificial colors and NO preservatives—our cookies are available at The Cookie Factory and from various retailers. We can create special custom orders, including platters, for corporate events, display tables, special occasions, weddings, and more.
All the proceeds from The Cookie Factory are used to support people with IDD. What’s more, The Cookie Factory employs people with IDD. With the help of skilled job coaches, participants learn all aspects of production, including baking, equipment maintenance, inventory, customer service, and delivery.
