The Arc ECT has been providing services to people with IDD since 1952. Our teams are committed to promoting full equality, inclusion, and independence through advocacy, education, and community-based services. We are a licensed and contracted service provider of the Connecticut Department of Developmental Services (DDS), offering residential, daytime, employment, and social support to people with IDD and their families.
