THE COOKIE FACTORY

The Arc ECT’s Cookie Factory trains and employs people with IDD, enabling them to pursue paying jobs in the food-service industry.

Opportunities like these allow people with IDD to live independently with equal participation in our communities. With the help of skilled job coaches, participants learn all aspects of production, including baking, equipment maintenance, inventory, customer service, and delivery.

The Cookie Factory is where we make our delicious Classic Crunch Chocolate Chip Cookies. They’re crafted with pride and passion using all-natural ingredients. You can buy the cookies right here at the Cookie Factory as well as these locations.

We can also create special custom orders — including platters for corporate events, display tables, special occasions, weddings and more. All proceeds from The Cookie Factory support people with IDD.
